When you place an order, our system gathers your billing address. This is saved to your account as your default address. With that said, we realized that things change, and that in some cases your billing and shipping addresses are different. Before we ship an order, we will contact you to request updated shipping information. This is your opportunity to inform of us of any changes. If we do not receive a response from you, then we will ship your order to the billing address that is on file for your account. When we do contact you, it will be to the email address that you save to your Merlin Model account. Please make sure that you can receive emails from us, and that you check your emails regularly.
