I can't log into my account

If you're having trouble logging into your Merlin 3D Studio's account, then you've come to the right place. There are generally two reasons for this particular problem.


1. No Current Account


Accounts are created when you make a purchase or payment through our system. If you have never purchased from Merlin Models in the past, or if you have a discontinued legacy account, then you will not have an existing account in our current system.


2. Legacy Account


As our company has grown, we have outgrown our account systems twice and had a need to transition to a more robust system. Our first transition occured in mid 2023, and our second transition occured in April of 2024. If you had an account prior to these dates, then your account is a legacy account. All purchases made on these accounts have been recorded and preserved. However you will not automatically have an account in our active system.
