If you're having trouble logging into your Merlin 3D Studio's account, then you've come to the right place. There are generally two reasons for this particular problem.
1. Forgotten Password
In our connected world, it's easy to forget a password or mix it up with something that you use somewhere else. Not to worry! You can easily reset your password anytime using our online tool.
2. Legacy Account
In mid 2023, Merlin 3D Studio transitioned to an updated account and order system. If you had an account prior to June of 2023, then that account was retired (don't worry, all order history has been recorded). That old account login information will not work in the current account system. You cannot create a new login in the current system on-demand. You'll be invited to make an account in the current system when you place your first new order.
