Where are my previous orders?

If you've logged into your Merlin 3D Studio account and do not see your full purchase history, then we can help! This problem can be caused by a few things.


1. Legacy Orders


In mid 2023, Merlin 3D Studio transitioned to a new account and orders system. It was a necessary move that ensured stability and flexibility. If you placed an order prior to June of 2023, then that order was in our original discontinued account system. It is not possible to display orders from that older system in our current system. However we did record all previous purchases and can answer questions about them if needed. Open a Ticket if you have questions about a previous order in our discontinued system.


2. Multiple Accounts


Many of us manage more than one email address. If you've logged into a Merlin Models account with more than one email address, then you may have multiple accounts. Even though you are the owner of both email addresses, each is still a separate and distinct account in our systems. If you believe that you may have more than one account, please Open a Ticket so that we can look into it for you.
