Where are my previous orders?

If you've logged into your Merlin 3D Studio account and do not see your full purchase history, then we can help! This problem can be caused by a few things.


1. Legacy Orders


In June of 2023 and then again in April of 2024, Merlin 3D Studio transitioned to a new account and orders system. These changes were necessary to ensure stability and flexibility. If you placed an order prior to April of 2024, then that order was made through a legacy account system. It is not possible to display orders from those older systems in our current system. However we did record all previous purchases and can answer questions about them if needed. Open a Ticket if you have questions about a previous order in our discontinued systems.


2. Multiple Accounts


Many of us manage more than one email address. If you've logged into a Merlin Models account with more than one email address, then you may have multiple accounts. Even though you are the owner of both email addresses, each is still a separate and distinct account in our systems. If you believe that you may have more than one account, please Open a Ticket so that we can look into it for you.
