Can I cancel my order?

If you've changed your mind and need to cancel an order, we do understand. You are able to cancel an order, however refunds are not issued for payments already made. We are a custom made-to-order manufacturer. When you make a purchase or start a payment plan, those funds go directly into the production process. Even though production can take up to a year, steps in that process begin early. Our production process involves purchasing equipment & supplies, creating masters & molds, and then casting & packaging your item. With this being the case, we do not hold on to the funds from your purchase. Instead they go into production and cannot be returned to you. If you have started a payment plan that you have not yet finished, cancelling your order will end that payment plan. And you will not be required to complete the remaining payments.
