Most products sold by Merlin 3D Studio are made-to-order. And most are sold through a pre-order process. Production times can take up to 12 months, so you may be wondering about the status of your order. We do have several resources to help you with this.
1. Order Status Page
You can find up to date shipping projections for all ongoing products on our Order Status Page.
2. Discord
Discord is a live chatting App that allows various communities to communicate with each other. We have a Discord server setup for the Merlin 3D Studio community, and we are very active. You are welcome to join us to ask any questions that you might have and to get the latest on production.
